Orange – Renovation work –
Opportunity
Due to the renovation of a Swisscom shop in close proximity to an Orange Center in Zurich, an opportunity arose to have a presence in the area that would allow Orange to acquire the destinationless customers of its competitor.
Solution
Sandwich men collected the Swisscom customers from outside the closed shop and used attractive introductory offers to entice them to the nearby Orange Center. A quick response to market conditions, legally watertight and customer-oriented.
