Task
The development and design of a car breakdown App, a service feature and a customer retention tool for ACS members.
Solution
A user friendly App that can also request the breakdown service which is of more value than just a normal GPS locator. In addition to lots of retrievable infos and service numbers, ACS members have the possibility to store important documents that one doesnt always just have on hand eg. car and drivers licence. This App additionally helps with parking: it will lead you back to your parking area and can inform you on the current status of your parking time.
